Terms & Conditions to usage of 1A-CARGO Freightexchange System:

1. 1A-CARGO Cargo Exchange (http://www.1A-CARGO.com/) is a communication site established for professional transporters, industrial companies for cargo and logistic service providers, and it may not be used for other purposes.
2. Group manager (1A-CARGO Int’l Logistics & Technology Consulting Ltd.) may not disclose or transfer the member information to third parties for profit and without their acceptance.
3. Group manager is obliged to maintain the communication of the group in direction of facilities, and perpetually to develop the formations within the group. For this purpose, members will be perpetually informed of transactions (at least once a month).
4. Members (1A-CARGO Cargo Exchange) are wholly free to distribute, forward their own information, and to submit their requests and demands within the group under their own responsibility.
5. The relations and all agreements within the Group (1A-CARGO) are under responsibility of the parties (participant members for each agreement). 1A-CARGO Nakliye Danışmanlık Iletişim ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd is not responsible of such agreements and relations directly or indirectly. Members are responsible of all losses or damages arising from agreements including third party responsibilities.
6. 1A-CARGO Int’l Logistics & Technology Consulting Ltd. is not connected with any other organization / person or institution directly or indirectly.
   Please do not take our company as a reference.
7. The responsibility of losses or damages arising from notifications of Group members belongs to the related persons, organizations or institutions. The Group manager (1A-CARGO Nakliye Danışmanlık
   Iletişim ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd) may not be kept responsible of losses or damages against third parties.
8. The general conditions the notification informed by the group are accepted by the notifiying and receiving parties. These general conditions are sent to all members at first membership. This can be acquired from http://www.1a-consultants.com/sartlar.txt or requested from the group manager anytime.
9. Group notifications from our website are wholly under responsibility of sender party. 1A-CARGO Nakliye Danışmanlık Iletişim ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd is never under obligation for such notifications. The responsibility of such notifications belongs to sending party. All participants benefiting by these facilities accept these using conditions.
10. These conditions may be re-arranged any time by the group manager of (1A-CARGO Nakliye Danışmanlık Iletişim ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd). Members are responsible to obtain information for developments and news.
11. Group manager may stop the activities of any person or organization at any time in case any event causes such action without referring to any reason. No indemnity may be claimed from group manager for such actions.
12. Members are obliged to fulfill and send their membership forms, and to pay membership fees regularly. Interest of 7% is applied for late payments when payment is delayed for every 10 days after first week.
13. The membership of members who do not have membership forms will be based on 1.June.2003, however their activities in the group will not ne disconnected.
